The Eighteen Sound 18LW1400 is a powerful 18” extended low frequency woofer. It handles a large 1, 1000 watts AES and 2, 000 watts program. The specially reinforced cone can withstand pressure in a folded horn cabinet and is weather protected for use outdoors. It has a double silicon spider for increased excursion, very low distortion and improved cooling with eight (8) aire vents in the back plate. They are designed to be used in professional concert systems as well as arena, theater and DJ systems. They are used in the EAW SB1000 and KF850 subwoofer cabinets.
