PRIVACY

Your privacy is guaranteed. We DO NOT share, sell or lease your personal information to any individual or organization. All information is held in confidence and used for transactions with Loudspeakers Plus Inc. only.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All order are shipped within 2 business days of your email confirmation. UPS ground is the preferred method. Other methods are available upon request and confirmation only. This may delay the shipment of your order.

Shipping charges are based on weight, size and your UPS zone. Actual charges are figured at time of shipment and confirmation is an estimate only. All order are insured up to $100 and is included in the freight charge. Additional insurance for orders over $100 will be added at 0.35 per $100.

There is a $5 handling fee on each order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Master Card and VISA are preferred methods of payment. Pre-payment by Bank Cashier’s check or Money Order is also accepted. Credit cards are subject to approval and verification of your card.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Warranties for each product line vary. See the product pages for term of warranty by manufacturer. Loudspeakers Plus Inc. honors all manufacturer’s warranties, which cover product defects in material and workmanship.


RETURNS/REFUNDS

Any product can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (not including freight) once the product is returned in saleable condition. If product is not re-saleable, you may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns must first receive a Return Authorization number. The return must be sent UPS ground, freight prepaid and insured. No COD’s or unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Refunds will be credited to your account when product is returned unused and in original carton using return authorization procedure above. Full purchase price plus taxes will be credited to your account within 48 hours.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are subject to a complete refund (not including freight). Custom or special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable and are not subject to a refund unless product is defective.
