UPS ground is the preferred method. Other methods are available upon request and confirmation only. This may delay the shipment of your order.

Orders must be received by 1 PM CST in order to guarantee it ships that day. Orders placed after this time may be shipped the following business day.

Shipping charges are based on weight, size and your UPS zone. Actual charges are figured at time of shipment and confirmation is an estimate only. All orders are completely insured.

There is a $2 handling fee on each order.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Make sure you immediately inspect your shipment for signs of damage. Open your package and inspect the product, as sometimes damage is not evident from the outside of the box. You have 10 days to make a damage claim for insurance coverage. Call us for damage claim procedure so that we can expedite your refund/replacement as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

Master Card, Discover, Amex and VISA are preferred methods of payment. Pre-payment by PayPal, Bank Cashier’s check or Money Order are also accepted. Credit cards are subject to approval and verification of your card.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Warranties for each product line vary. See the product pages for term of warranty by manufacturer. Loudspeakers Plus Inc. honors all manufacturer’s warranties, which cover product defects in material and workmanship. Any refund is subject to be issued as In Store Credit.
