I ordered 2 of these last week (final week of August 20), and got them yesterday (1 Sept 20). I Hooked them to some Altec 811b horns, and wasted no time putting them through their paces. They sounded so-so at first, not having quite the detail I was looking for. They did open up over a course of a few hours, though, after alternating pink noise with K-Pop, Orchestral, and Electro-Swing. They sound great through a 2-way xover — a 3.5 kHz and a 2.5 kHZ (though I’m not quite sold on the later xover) — and even better through a 3-way xover, 500Hz/4kHz. They sound great to excellent with only a few hours logged on them, so I need to run more pink noise through them. I have more experimenting to do, and I’ll see if I can post updates.
