This 10" speaker had to be used instead of a 2nd 12" Eminence Governor cause I FAILED to calculate correctly and thus build enough area on the speaker board required to install (2) 12" speakers!! (!!&@*@^@*^%()
HOWEVER, this 10" Ramrod can most definitely hold hands with it's 12" brother Governor in every aspect. I can't tell any difference between the two. It is the same loudness, (Db sensitivity) with all the tonal characteristics of the Governor, which I LOVE. It remains clean all the way to very loud and roars like a lion when Naturally or Artificially distorted. I am sure that in ANY application, it will exceed your expectations. It did mine!
