The representative I emailed with was excellent. He helps me find the right replacement driver for one of my sub woofers and was always very prompt with returning my emails. I purchased the woofer he recommended from you, received it very quickly and it fit the cabinet perfectly...sounds really good too. I will be back to by additional speaker products from you.
